
On December 19, Cherwell Council approved an outline planning application submitted by David Lock Associates on behalf of our clients Hallam Land Management for 75 new homes, green spaces and local community facilities in Ambrosden, a sustainable community close to Bicester and Graven Hill. Hallam has worked closely with the Parish Council over the past three years, to take into account local views and shape the proposal so that it addresses the needs of the community. Not only will the development deliver much needed market and affordable homes, but it will also deliver substantial public open space and recreational facilities which are desperately sought in Ambrosden - including children’s play space, community woodland and other green space. We are delighted with the outcome, and the positively endorsement of the Parish Council and wider strong local support. No objections were received from members of the public.
