Simon is an Urban Design Partner with over 30 years’ award-winning master planning experience spanning concept through to implementation. His concept design skills are underpinned by an ability to ‘deliver on the vision’; preparing high quality innovative master plans and development concepts underpinned by robust technical knowledge to create places which are both exemplary and deliverable.

Simon is leading the company’s involvement in sub-regional and strategic scale spatial masterplanning within the Ox-Cam corridor, and heads up our design teams on several public and private sector New Town and large scale Garden Community proposals. Current projects include Worcestershire Parkway New Town Framework Masterplan, Kingston Parkway New Community south of Nottingham, strategic expansion of Milton Keynes. Simon led the spatial masterplanning for Hemel Garden Communities Framework Masterplan.
