“I am driven by the desire to create great places and to promote planning as a positive force for good”.
Heather is a Planning Partner. Her experience has been honed over three decades working at the interface of planning and design at the strategic scale, advocating for long term spatial planning and placemaking. In addition to heading up the promotion, planning and delivery of new settlement scale growth at Peterborough and in locations across the Ox-Cam corridor, she led the practice’s public sector award-winning MK2050 Strategic Growth Study and the PAS Toolkit for Effective Delivery of Strategic Sites.
