Francesca has over 15 years of planning experience, strengthened by a public sector background. She is motivated by variety in project work and delivering the best outcomes for clients and communities. Her approach is creative and collaborative. Her diverse skillset is reflected in her range of projects that span visioning new communities; to structuring and delivering consents for large-scale development; to working with local authorities to develop strategic growth studies.

She has recently led the outline planning and EIA for 2,500 homes in North East Cardiff and is working with councils in South West Herts to prepare place-shaping strategies and growth studies.
